1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to doryfurnituresbd.com .These terms & condition is applicable for all DORY Funriture  products. By these terms & conditions, you confirm your understandment & obeyence about our policy. In the case of disaggrement , you are suggested not to use of this website. DORY furniture reserves the right to change, modify and update these turms and conditon at any time. No notice need to provide to effect of these terms & conditions.
Delivery: Regal Furniture is committed to deliver it's product within 72 hours (for stocked product). For non stocked products, it will take 10-15 working days. Delivery Charge is applicable for below 3000 tk products. Inside Dhaka city, it is 200 tk and outside Dhaka, it is 500 tk.

Requirement for a valid return:

- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
- Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)

Valid conditions and reasons to return an item:

- Delivery of wrong product
- Delivery of defective product
- Delivery of the products with missing parts
- Incorrect content on website

Return/ Replacement Guarantee may not apply in any of the following conditions:

• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
• Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

Fabric: Fabrics shown in images may not be available. In that case Customers are requested to choose from available fabrics, or get refund.
Note: DORY Furniture has the right to refund any purchase amount if the product is not available.

Delivery: Home delivery is up to the Ground Floor of your home, only if your road is accessible to our Distribution Car.
